I’ve been selling online a product called Babies' Magic tea for over twelve years and own its registered trademark for the past five years.

A big corporation by the name of Naterra International that sells Baby Magic shampoos and lotions has just filed for a cancellation of my trademark and they unleashed a big law firm to bully me and my family. They also demanded us to stop the sales immediately and give up all our customer’s personal information and all proceeds of sales for the last 12 years.
