Council Repsonse

Hello, quick update to let you all know that I have been in touch with council and our petition is being forwarded to the Mayor of Hastings.

I have been advised that we will have a chance to object to the consent once it enters the next stage of its assessment (this could take a while before happening).

Unfortunately, it is up to the current property owner to have heritage status reinstated, so it's highly unlikely we will be able to stop removal of the house from the property.
