House for sale

Quick update: An NZ Herald article sites that the house is up for sale for free and developers will even pay $50k towards removal.

Sorry, this is the Herald and the article is premium. Basically they are offering to relocate the house to a suitable site if anyone is interested. This is most likely a move to sate consent application requirements, rather than trying to save the site or house.

What are your thoughts? Should it be moved? Would you be happy with that outcome? Even if it means moved out of hawkes bay or onto a site where it will rot into obscurity.
