The city states that they will not be fixing 28th Avenue north of Aspirus Hospital. They have now also blocked off Maple Creek Drive. They want to make this a cul-de-sac. This now requires residents in this neighborhood plus anyone traveling from north of the city to go a total of 8 blocks out of their way just to get back to 28th Avenue. This is a main thoroughfare for emergency vehicles.  Residents of this neighborhood bought their houses because it was quiet and did not have a lot of traffic. That now has changed. Please consider signing this petition before October 9th. The next meeting is October 10th at 5:15pm at City Hall if you want your voice heard.
