Great News! FDA Modernization Acts 2.0 and 3.0!

Thank you to everyone who has signed this petition.    Can you please share?  We need to get to at least 1000 signatures!  I have included a few snips and link to a webinar with Wayne Pacelle, President of Animal Wellness Action with some great news on the the fight to eliminate drug testing on animal testing!!!   

New direction by FDA Commissioner Dr. Marty Makary!  "FDA Modernization Act 3.0 (introduced in 2024) which “…aims to begin implementation of FDA Modernization Act 2.0 and further establish a process for the qualification and adoption of alternative, non-animal testing methods.”  This creates a road map and eliminates the 80 year old mandate which required drugs to be tested on animal testing prior to clinical trails. It instead now allows drug developers to use alternative non-animal, human relevant methods.
