We, the SAU 90 community, are asking that Mrs. Anna (DeVylder) Hersey be placed on administrative leave during the ongoing investigation performed by Jackson Lewis P.C. regarding her claims of "a hostile work environment" created by her superior, Mr. David O'Connor. We do not feel that Mrs. Hersey should be present in the school until the investigation is complete.  Her lack of experience as an administrator and direct involvement in the investigation is not a good combination and makes for a very unsettling start to the school year.  The known connection between Mrs. Hersey and Mrs. Murphy (her administrative mentor) creates a conflict of interest.
