Hello everyone, We want the Santa Rosa City Council to abide by the city charter governing law, which allows Santa Rosa residents to attend FOUR community budget outreach meetings regarding the funding of Courthouse Square. So far, city charter section 10 has been violated. The city appointed Community Advisory Board failed their duty to provide FOUR advertised community meetings for public budget review of Courthouse Sqaure. City charter 28 has been violated, as well. Council will not abide by the charter and place the Courthouse project in to the five year budget process. Thank you.
