The site is now fully paved and gated, and will remain so for the next 2 - 3 years.

Businesses in Downtown Santa Monica and on the 3rd Street Promenade need this parking. The City's beloved ice skating rink located one block away also depends on parking.

Demand the CIty immediately open and maintain Parking Lot 3 for our downtown businesses and visitors. Opening the lot during business hours will alleviate traffic congestion and reduce carbon emissions. We all win!
