They suggest moving 5 items to the top of each list. Feel free to move only those that you view as priorities (i.e. bike and walk trail). You can also enter comments with suggestions. (i.e. Providing a separate trail for slower foot traffic is essential in order for the main path to serve as a true transportation option.)
