Hi Guys, CCTA has sent a letter to San Ramon, that they are discontinuing the Norris HOV Ramp project. Here is some text from their letter: We received your letter dated March 23, 2016 regarding the City of San Ramon's position to withdraw support for the Interstate 680 (1-680) Direct Access Ramps Project and your request to reprogram the remaining funds to a project at I-680/Bollinger Canyon Road Interchange. After consultation with Caltrans, we are discontinuing work on the environmental document and in May, staff will be seeking the Authority Board's approval to reprogram remaining funds in the Measure J Strategic Plan to a SWAT reserve in the same 1-680 Carpool Lane Gap Closure/Transit Corridor Improvements category. This project appears close to being shut down. I hope that CCTA will make a formal declaration to this effect. Andrew
