Hi Guys, CCTA will be releasing their Environmental Impact Report (EIR) in early spring. Three city council members are waiting for the EIR to make up their minds on the HOV ramps. If this EIR is anything like the last one, it will contain a bunch of empty projections and not much in actual research.
