Hi Guys, I have a tentative meeting planned with Phil O'loane, one of our city council members, to discuss where he stands on the ramps. He had formerly told me that he was waiting for the EIR to come out before he decides where he stands on the ramps. I don't get this. Also, he is up for re-election this year, along with Scott Perkins, who also hasn't "made up his mind" yet. Our city council is aware of this petition. The more signatures we get, the more they will understand that they need to respond to the residents of San Ramon. Please, tell 5 neighbors about the HOV ramps, and ask them to sign our petition!
