Hi Guys, The EIR (Environmental Impact Report) from CCTA is supposed to be out in late summer. It appears that 2 city council members are against the ramps on Norris, 2 are not committing themselves until the EIR comes out (Perkins, O'Loane), and Hudson has come out for the ramps in the past, but has lately put out more of a mixed message. We need to increase awareness in San Ramon about the Norris HOV ramps. Tell 5 people that are not aware of this issue, about this petition! Andrew
