Hi Guys, I've been told that the tentative date for the EIR is now 10/2015. So, we don't have much time before the city council can use the EIR to justify a pro position on the ramps. Do you belong to an HOA, church or social group? If so, can you tell the people there about the Norris HOV ramp issue, and ask them to sign this petition? If we can get 5000 signatures, we can send a clear message to the City Council, that their re-election can hinge on how they vote on this issue. Andrew
