Hi everyone,

For all San Jose residents, I'd highly encourage that you vote for Matt Mahan in the Mayor's election.  Note that Matt was consistently and vocally opposed to the SJUSD proposal to close and relocate Leland and Bret Harte (replacing them with employee housing).  On the other hand, the key figures behind the school district's ridiculous proposal have lined up behind his opponent Cindy Chavez.  That alone tells you a lot about the two candidates.

In addition to that, the below Mercury News editorial provides some good insight into the difference in fiscal responsibility between the two candidates.  Elections matter.  Please vote for Matt Mahan.
