I was blown away at the amazing turnout last night at the Planning Board meeting. So many of you took the time to show Kilroy that the community does NOT support their plans! Thank you, thank you so very much! We could never have been this successful without your support and passion. And it was great to have our elected representatives Sherri Lightner and Dave Roberts there to hear you so clearly. Channel 10 news (10news.com) had great coverage at 11:00 last night, showing a blundering Kilroy team, deep community concerns, and massive opposition to THIS One Paseo. If I can find the report online, I'll pass it along to you. Many people took the time last night to thank me for doing all the hard work. While I handle much of the communications, I'm just part of a larger team. I'd like to thank the members of our steering committee, hopefully not forgetting anyone: Bill Bibb, Bill Chatwell, Barbara Farrell, Bob Freund, Eugene Helsel, Carolyn Keen, Kerry Key, Lynwood Lary, Gabriele Prater, Diana Scheffler, and especially Bob Fuchs, our glorious leader, for all the work done over the years. These are the people making everything happen. The Planning Board will meet next on September 11 to make their decision. I'll get you the meeting details next week.
