My 13 year old daughter was sexually assaulted by a stranger on her way back home from school.

After more than two years of suffering the devastating effects of the attack, my precious child ended her life on April 22nd (last month)

She couldn’t live with this pain anymore. She fought for almost 3 years this nightmare.

This person committed a horrible crime and  it’s seeking to be released since my daughter is no longer in this life to testify against him.

The person that cause my young daughter all this pain and with this being his second strike and the DA having enough evidence to prosecute him it’s now hesitant to continue to pursue my daughter’s fight for justice.
