Hundreds of animals within county shelters are euthanized everyday - some have a chance to be rescued, but never reach that opportunity because of over populations or lack of intrest in the animal's welfare, which leads to shelter animals being placed on the choping block. There are a variety of options that can change this such as increasing shelter animal marketing for adoption; Implementing the Trap-Neuter-Release program utilized by LA County and NKLA; and more. Together, we can be the change that these animals need in their lives.
