I have a new infographic to show you. The update is, they "do scan", but not enough. Infographic down below! Over 1,600 animals are hit and killed each month. But I got the lists, and on AVERAGE there are only 3 chips scanned. Why? Im ignored by city counsil too! Let's kick this into over drive! If it's the law to have chips for accountability, why can't they be used to give closure to family?!
