Every user having exynos 9611 mainly M and A series phones getting freeze and stuck on bootloop. This is happening with every user. They are complaining on Samsung Members but no response from the Samsung yet come.

Beside this at service centre they are saying that its motherboard fault and to replace it, it will cost 8000. This is very upsetting.

This issue happened with everyone after update..

This cleary signifies that Samsung is responsible for this fault.
