GLI ULTIMI 250 VOTI PER LA VITTORIA!
Nessuno ci credeva all'inizio ma ora siamo a un passo da un risultato storico: 5.000 sottoscrizioni in favore di un'Aviosuperficie, contro l'arroganza, e per la sicurezza del volo.
Questo patrimonio non è a favore solo di ISEOLAKEAIRFIELD ma di tutte le Aviosuperfici Italiane.
Chiediamo che la normativa sia più chiara, che si torni a parlare di legge sull'Avioturismo, che non solo SOPRAVVIVA ISEOLAKEAIRFIELD, alla faccia di tutti coloro che speravano di liberarsi di questo splendido luogo di inclusione, protezione civile, SICUREZZA VOLO per la Val Camonica, il Lago di Iseo e le Orobie.
Raggiunte le 5.000 firme manderemo tutta la documentazione al Presidente della Repubblica e a tutte le istituzioni territoriali, sperando che nessuno più si trovi nella condizione di dover sostenere spese legali per difendersi contro ordinanze comunali di difficile comprensione..
Siamo tutti volontari che svolgono attività per amore del volo e del territorio, per la gioia di accogliere i numerosi turisti volanti che vengono a visitare le nostre stupende valli e il nostro lago, per gustare le prelibatezze del territorio e visitare i nostri borghi storici. Certo, essere in una ambita area verde in riva al Lago probabilmente non ci ha aiutato ma rimaniamo convinti che il DIRITTO debba prevalere.
Dover sostenere le spese di una battaglia legale contro un Comune (o di alcuni esponenti dell'amministrazione) che non riconoscono la legittimità ad esistere di un'Aviosuperficie regolarmente costituita è una situazione paradossale. Dovremmo essere sostenuti e ringraziati anziché essere continuamente oggetto di attenzioni che, forse andrebbero indirizzate in altre direzioni. Ma non vogliamo fare polemica.
Vinciamo la nostra battaglia, rivediamo la legge sulle Aviosuperfici e chiunque si troverà nella nostra situazione da ora in poi saprà che da tutta Europa si alzerà sonora contestazione.

LAST 250 VOTES FOR VICTORY!
No one believed it at first, but now we are one step away from a historic result: 5,000 subscriptions in favor of an Airfield, against arrogance, and for flight safety.
This heritage is not only in favor of ISEOLAKEAIRFIELD but of all Italian Airfields. We ask that the regulations be clearer, that we return to talking about the law on Aviotourism, that not only ISEOLAKEAIRFIELD SURVIVES, despite all those who hoped to get rid of this splendid place of inclusion, civil protection, FLIGHT SAFETY for Val Camonica, Lake Iseo, and the Orobie.
Once we reach 5,000 signatures, we will send all the documentation to the President of the Republic and all territorial institutions, hoping that no one will ever again find themselves in the position of having to bear legal expenses to defend themselves against municipal ordinances that are difficult to understand.
We are all volunteers who carry out activities for the love of flight and the territory, for the joy of welcoming the many flying tourists who come to visit our beautiful valleys and our lake, to taste the local delicacies and visit our historic villages. Certainly, being in a coveted green area by the lake probably did not help us, but we remain convinced that the LAW must prevail.
Having to bear the costs of a legal battle against a Municipality (or some members of the administration) that do not recognize the legitimacy of a regularly constituted Airfield is a paradoxical situation. We should be supported and thanked instead of being continuously the object of attention that perhaps should be directed elsewhere. But we do not want to argue. Let's win our battle, review the law on Airfields, and anyone who finds themselves in our situation from now on will know that a loud protest will rise from all over Europe.

Am Anfang hat niemand daran geglaubt, aber jetzt sind wir nur noch einen Schritt von einem historischen Ergebnis entfernt: 5.000 Unterschriften zugunsten eines Flugplatzes, gegen Arroganz und für die Flugsicherheit. Dieses Erbe ist nicht nur zugunsten von ISEOLAKEAIRFIELD, sondern aller italienischen Flugplätze.
Wir fordern, dass die Vorschriften klarer werden, dass wir wieder über das Gesetz zum Aviotourismus sprechen, dass nicht nur ISEOLAKEAIRFIELD ÜBERLEBT, trotz all derer, die hofften, diesen wunderbaren Ort der Inklusion, des Katastrophenschutzes und der FLUGSICHERHEIT für das Val Camonica, den Iseosee und die Orobie loszuwerden.
Sobald wir 5.000 Unterschriften erreicht haben, werden wir alle Unterlagen an den Präsidenten der Republik und alle territorialen Institutionen senden, in der Hoffnung, dass niemand mehr in die Lage kommt, Rechtskosten tragen zu müssen, um sich gegen schwer verständliche Gemeindeverordnungen zu verteidigen.
Wir sind alle Freiwillige, die Aktivitäten aus Liebe zum Fliegen und zur Region durchführen, aus Freude, die vielen fliegenden Touristen willkommen zu heißen, die unsere wunderschönen Täler und unseren See besuchen, um die lokalen Köstlichkeiten zu genießen und unsere historischen Dörfer zu besichtigen. Sicherlich hat es uns nicht geholfen, in einem begehrten grünen Gebiet am See zu sein, aber wir bleiben überzeugt, dass das RECHT siegen muss.
Die Kosten eines Rechtsstreits gegen eine Gemeinde (oder einige Mitglieder der Verwaltung) tragen zu müssen, die die Legitimität eines ordnungsgemäß gegründeten Flugplatzes nicht anerkennen, ist eine paradoxe Situation. Wir sollten unterstützt und gedankt werden, anstatt ständig im Fokus von Aufmerksamkeit zu stehen, die vielleicht anderswohin gelenkt werden sollte. Aber wir wollen nicht streiten. Gewinnen wir unseren Kampf, überarbeiten wir das Gesetz über Flugplätze, und jeder, der sich in unserer Situation befindet, wird von nun an wissen, dass aus ganz Europa ein lauter Protest aufsteigen wird.
