Quieren liquidar la cooperativa agrícola de Frigiliana, almazara de aceite de oliva fundada en 1956.

Un grupo de socios queremos mantener este molino de aceite, que nuestros padres y abuelos con tanto esfuerzo lograron levantar agrupándose en cooperativa, para, de forma colectiva, defender un interés común. La actual junta encargada de gestionar la cooperativa ha decidido su liquidación, a pesar de los muchos socios a favor de conservarla, negándose a proporcionarnos el listado de socios y otra documentación a la que tenemos derecho para comprobar las garantías (con las que ha contado las asambleas realizadas), pero no nos suministran la información que nos corresponde como así lo establecen nuestros estatutos . No nos permiten parar este cierre, esta pérdida agrícola, cultural y patrimonial.

Nuestra cooperativa supone el único inmueble industrial que permanece en el pueblo como almazara, donde los agricultores podamos generar nuestro propio aceite de oliva sin necesidad de intermediarios, rebajando costes para el consumidor.

Nuestro proyecto consiste en pasar de un modelo de gestión que no funciona a producir un aceite Aove de calidad que se pueda comercializar debidamente embotellado, permitiendo al agricultor vender un producto con propiedades organolépticas muy especiales, así como procesar todos los productos del terreno que este maravilloso pueblo nos ofrece (mango, aguacate, higos, …).

Frigiliana es agricultura, agua, aceite, vino y tradición… y no sólo turismo, al que tan agradecidos estamos. 

Necesitamos tu apoyo. Para difundir la voz del agricultor en aras de una agricultura que combine tradición y nuevas tecnologías. En Frigiliana hay una  tradición olivarera milenaria que queremos mantener. Queremos lo mejor para nuestro pueblo, nuestra cooperativa y nuestra agricultura.

The agricultural cooperative of Frigiliana is going to be liquidated, an olive oil mill founded in 1956. We are a group of partners that want to maintain this oil mill, which our parents and grandparents managed to build with so much effort, grouping together in a cooperative, to collectively defend a common interest.

The current board in charge of the cooperative has decided to liquidate it, despite the many partners in favour of its conservation, refusing to provide us with the complete list of partners and other documentation to which we are entitled, they do not allow us to check the registers in which are recorded all the assemblies held and they do not provide us with the information that corresponds to us as established in our bylaws. They do not allow us to stop this closure, which will result in an agricultural, cultural and heritage loss.

Our cooperative is the only industrial property that remains in the village as an oil mill, the rest of the land would not allow the establishment of a new one, where farmers can generate their own olive oil without the need for intermediaries, thus lowering costs.

Our project consists of moving from a management model that does not work to producing a quality oil, EVOO, that can be marketed properly bottled, allowing the farmer to sell a product with very special organoleptic properties, as well as to process all the products of the land that this wonderful town offers us (mango, avocado, figs, wine …).

Frigiliana is agriculture, water, oil, wine and tradition… and not just tourism, although we are grateful to it.

We need your support. To spread the voice of the farmer for the sake of an agriculture that combines tradition and new technologies. In Frigiliana there is an ancient olive tradition that we want to maintain. We want the best for our people, our cooperative and our agriculture.

Die landwirtschaftliche Genossenschaft Frigiliana, die die Olivenölpresse betreibt, die 1956 gegründet wurde, soll aufgelöst werden!

Wir, eine Gruppe von Mitgliedern wollen diese Genossenschaft, die unsere Väter und Großväter mit soviel Mühe gegründet und aufgebaut haben, aufrechterhalten. Die Genossenschaft repräsentiert und verteidigt unser gemeinsames, kollektives Interesse.

Der derzeitige Vorstand hat entschieden, die Genossenschaft aufzulösen, obwohl viele Mitglieder gegen eine Auflösung sind. Man verweigert uns Zugang zur Mitgliederliste und anderen Unterlagen, wie die Satzung, Versammlungsprotokolle usw., auf welche wir ein Anrecht haben. Es wird uns einfach verweigert, diese Auflösung zu verhindern. Das bedeutet einen großen landwirtschaftlichen, kulturellen sowie auch Eigentumsverlust.

Unsere Genossenschaft hält das einzige Industriegebäude, welches noch in unserem Dorf als „Ölpresse“ besteht. Es wird keine Erlaubnis geben, eine neue Ölpresse im Bereich Frigiliana zu bauen, wo wir als Landwirte (Olivenölbauern) unser eigenes Olivenöl pressen lassen können, ohne Vermittler zu bezahlen, was die Kosten erhöhen wird.

Unser Vorhaben besteht darin, das Management, welches nicht gut funktioniert, zu reformieren, damit wir ein Öl pressen können, welches perfekt abgefüllt wird und es uns Bauern erlaubt, ein gutes Produkt mit speziellen organoleptischen Eigenschaften zu vermarkten. Wir wollen hier ausdrücklich auch die Verarbeitung anderer Produkte unserer wunderbaren Landwirtschaft mit einbeziehen (Mango, Avocado, Feigen u.a.).

Frigiliana ist LANDWIRTSCHAFT, Wasser, Öl, Wein und Tradition… nicht nur Tourismus, obwohl der sehr gut funktioniert.

Wir brauchen Deine Unterstützung. Wir brauchen sie, um dem Landwirtschaftsanbau und dem Landwirt eine Stimme zu geben, damit wir Tradition und neue Technologien verbinden können. In Frigiliana haben wir eine tausendjährige Olivenöltradition, die wir weiter behalten und -entwickeln möchten. Wir möchten das Beste für unser Dorf, unsere Genossenschaft, unsere Landwirtschaft.
