Ya hemos superado las 6.370 firmas – gracias a cada persona que está dando la cara por los perros de Benalmádena. Esta campaña no para. La bola de nieve cada vez es más grande, y no nos vamos a ir a ningún lado.
El 26 de octubre de 12h a 15h, Fidelio organiza un evento especial: “Abrir las Puertas”. El nombre lo dice todo: mientras Fidelio todavía tiene sitio para cuidar perros, el Ayuntamiento de Benalmádena les niega la entrada. Los demás refugios ya están llenos. ¿Entonces, dónde acaban esos perros abandonados? En un futuro incierto, muchas veces trágico.

Nuestras demandas son claras, justas y de pura lógica:
Abrir las puertas de Fidelio ya, para que ningún perro del municipio se quede fuera.
Mantener Fidelio abierto hasta que se construya un refugio de verdad.
Esto no son exigencias raras ni imposibles. Son lo mínimo que cualquier ciudad responsable debería hacer para proteger a sus animales y respetar a su gente.
Este evento benéfico es de los perros, los voluntarios y las miles de personas que luchan por ellos. Si estás por aquí, ven y apóyanos. Habrá pintacaras, rifa, comida y la oportunidad de conocer a los perros, que son el corazón de esta lucha.

We have already surpassed 6,370 signatures – thank you to everyone who is standing up for the dogs of Benalmádena. This campaign is not stopping. The snowball is getting bigger and bigger, and we are not going anywhere.
On October 26, from 12 p.m. to 3 p.m., Fidelio is organizing a special event: “Open the Doors.” The name says it all: while Fidelio still has room to care for dogs, the Benalmádena City Council is denying them entry. Our demands are clear, fair, and purely logical:
Open the doors of Fidelio now, so that no dog in the municipality is left outside.
Keep Fidelio open until a real shelter is built.
These are not strange or impossible demands. They are the minimum that any responsible city should do to protect its animals and respect its people.
This charity event is for the dogs, the volunteers, and the thousands of people who fight for them. If you're in the area, come and support us. There will be face painting, a raffle, food, and the opportunity to meet the dogs, who are at the heart of this fight.
