Omicron is not a 'South African variant', it's a variant that was spotted & reported by brilliant South African scientists, so fast the world has a chance to get on top of it. It could have originated anywhere and has been detected in multiple countries across the world, including Australia, Denmark and France. 

Why single out Southern Africa countries on the travel ban? Remove the Southern African countries from the travel ban immediately or otherwise close the borders completely.

This is xenophobic discrimination against Southern Africa.
