Hi Everyone, 

We have a bunch of exciting news to share with you. Next week is going to be full of actions that help us send a loud and clear message about the need for safe staffing to the Joint Commission. 

On Tuesday, we are bringing these 540,000 petition signatures directly to the Joint Commission’s headquarters. We’ve invited Chicago-area healthcare workers to join us in what we anticipate will be a huge rally for safe staffing. Stay tuned for ways you can support us on Tuesday, wherever you are! 

Also next week, a billboard with our “Safe Staffing Saves Lives” message will be touring around, paying special visits to 8 Chicago-area hospitals and The Joint Commission. If you’re in Chicago and see it, snap a photo to share! 

Finally, we made a commercial to help educate the public about why safe staffing is so important, and to put even more pressure on The Joint Commission. It’s running during the Today Show, Ellen, the Kelly Clarkson Show, and Late Night with Seth Meyers next week in Chicago!
