On an annual basis, IMPACT in Healthcare is required to file a Form 990 with the Internal Revenue Service. This form includes both financial data and important information about the organization's mission, governance, management, and programs. This information will be publicly posted on this website after our first full financial year in 2023.

Contributions from foundations are:
• Advocating for patients: to access affordable, equitable care, including systemic education and direct action against disparities and barriers to care
• Advocating for Healthcare workers: safe staffing, safe workplaces, and healthcare workers’ rights, wellbeing, and ability to provide high quality care.
• Supplying letters, photos, and other documents that support advocacy of healthcare workers
• Hiring educators to address our large, underlying drivers of inequity and inefficiency, and to empower healthcare workers/patients to directly advocate for themselves.
• Uniting patients and healthcare workers of all levels, specialties, departments, ages, genders, nationalities, passions, politics, and creeds.
• Connecting workers with diverse backgrounds to create an environment in which we are all safe, valued, and respected to collaboratively solve worker and patient barriers to care.
• Bringing healthcare workers together to transform healthcare into a system that prioritizes patients and workers
• Helping IMPACT in Healthcare catalogue worker and patient experiences with the healthcare system, and work to alleviate their burdens with kindness, sensitivity, and respect
