Thanks everyone for your continued support!  With your help, I believe this house will finally be completed!  City guys came out and did a framing and an electrical inspection.  I have a few things on their list to correct, which the contractor promises me will happen quickly.  Once finished, hopefully the city will promptly reinspect and let us move to the next step . . . insulation.  In  my next update, I'll add a picture or two of the progress.
