With your help we succeeded in getting Rugby Borough Council's Planning Committee to refuse the proposed intensive pig rearing unit. The applicant has now appealed and we need your help again. The appeal notice is here: https://acp.planninginspectorate.gov.uk/ViewCase.aspx?caseid=3198388 The appeal will be heard by written representation which we don't think is right given how many people objected and that the planning officer recommended approval. We want an informal public hearing, so the local community can have their say.
