Mr CAMERON: DONT use our taxes towards £25m prison in Jamaica. We Need Schools and Hospitals
The Issue
Dear Mr. David Cameron,
It is with a heavy heart that I find myself in this position of having to put together a petition pertaining to your proposal of supporting a Prison in Jamaica.
As a British citizen and a descendent of Jamaica I feel that it is totally inappropriate for British taxpayers money to contribute to the creation of a new Prison in Jamaica. What message does this send out to the rest of the world?
What the people of Jamaica need, is new schools and new hospitals because the level of both in Jamaica are abysmal.
In some places children are attending school without breakfast, lunch and without shoes on their feet.
