Please consider creating a David Bowie Museum in place of the Margaret Thatcher Museum.

The Issue

David Cameron has pledged 15 million pounds to create a museum in honour of Margaret Thatcher. It is unclear how much of this will be public money. I would argue that a Museum or Music centre dedicated to David Bowie would be far more preferable to most tax payers.
