Tikki Adorian has been inflicting cruelty and neglect on horses for 40 years. Investigated in 2001 she is still allowed to get away with clear neglect. She needs banning from horses for good, too many have suffered, how many more until she is stopped?

The more support we get and the more we persist the better chance we have of stopping her from neglecting more.
