UPDATE 3/11/2020 - Victory that the animals are safe however; the RSPCA did nothing to help them!

Media name: feeble.floof.bepper posted a heinous animal cruelty video on public media of herself stuffing a live bird into a glove, then abusing it as well as cruelly and repeatedly swinging around a pet rabbit possibly by one ear that appeared to be wrapped up in a towel.  
Please Note, the person re-sharing this video (top left name in video corner) is not the alleged animal abuser. 

Birds have fragile skeletons and delicate respiratory systems. Squeezing them too much can cause broken bones, organ damage, and any other number of problems that can lead to severe injury or a bird's sudden death.
Carrying a rabbit by the ears is particularly cruel, causing needless pain as well as damage to the cartilage that supports the ears. Suspension of the body or a violent struggle can lead to vertebral luxation or fracture of the spine or neck.

According to comments from friends on the reshared video; the bird may be dead and the rabbit allegedly suffocated. 
We the petitioners respectfully request RSPCA provide a full investigation into the welfare of the two animals abused on the video as well as check on other animals possibly in the home of the person who proudly publicly posted the abusive video while smiling with joy.  We request the alleged abuser and any persons involved be charged.

We the petitioners request the abused animals be responsibly removed and taken to a safe shelter or rescue and that the current owner have no further custody of the abused animals or any animals in the future. 
If the two animals being abused in the video are dead or not found we request all animals be removed from the alleged abuser and animal cruelty charges be filed due to the violent abusive nature of the video. 

feeble.floof.bepper is stated to have removed the original "full" video and it appears some of her media accounts have been closed or removed.  Screenshots and videos have been documented and available to the RSPCA upon contacting this petition.  The face is hidden because it appears the abuser may be under 18 years old.  Animal abuse and cruelty are serious and often precursors to other crimes.  It is concerning this person is a danger to other animals and society.
