Update:

“All the animals have found loving safe homes, the cats will be staying with my parents and the child has been removed and taken into the care of social services.  An animal ban of 5 years is still in discussion as I am pushing for 10 years but social has ensured me they will act as though a ban was in place.

Thank you everyone for your concerns and to those who understood and gave kind words at such as hard time thank you, to everyone involved thank you for all your help without you this would have been a much longer and difficult procedure.

I would like to thank Daisy Denham for her help with the birds and putting me in touch with the senior animal health care technician at Havant and South Downs College who with their combined efforts found homes for the birds.  Thanks to Samantha Louise Owens who has kindly taken Bunny Oliver into her loving home; as well as Linda Sue Malie and Kimberly Ruedger-Wheatfill for your rabbit advice and help at this difficult time.  Thank you to the kind person who opened up his home as a safe house for these animals during this transition and to Sadie Thurlow for lending your time and driving ability to ensure they were all transported safely, and Dionne Warburton for acting quickly to secure the pets and ensure their safety as soon as events were brought to light as well as re-homing the cocktails”.

We the petitioners deeply thank Emjay for making this happen, she is a Hero for all.  We thank all who helped rescue the animals and the new owners for opening their hearts and  homes.
We would also like to thank the brave people (friends of the animal owner) who did not turn their heads to the cruelty and continued to share the videos and photos to ensure the animals were safe and the owner received the help needed. Of course, many thanks to our supporters.

Highly disappointed in the RSPCA for not ensuring these animals were taken to safety or did not put a ban on the owner having more animals.  RSPCA had access to the same animal cruelty videos and photos the public had and they failed to respond to serious public concerns which could have led to more animal abuse or worse.
Serious Shame On You -

Thank you for your continued support,

For The Rabbits,
Linda Sue
