At last months council meeting Greenwich Council announced its intention to declare a climate emergency. Sadly they are still giving their backing to the Silvertown Tunnel which has no place in a climate emergency. However having rejected us in February for the council to make an about turn on a position of this stature is extraordinary. We will keep pressing and working alongside them to ensure Greenwich is a leading borough in climate and enviornmental solutions and practices.
