We are pleased to announce that all members of the Frederick County Council voted unanimously to approve the Open/Close/Alter Process for the relocation of Linganore Road on February 21, 2023.  We are thankful that the County Council Members saw the need for the new traffic light at Linganore Road/Bartonsville Road and Route 144.  With this vote now completed, we have submitted the final plat in order to plat the road and the lots associated with the adjacent Rosehaven Manor project.  Some of the Linganore Road relocation work remains to be completed which should occur in 2023.
