PETITION TO THE HONORABLE COURT:

The Rollinghills is a 20 year old community with members residing since 2007.  The roads needed major work and after several deliberations including at AGM, all members decided to take up development works including major road rework.  To get paver blocks based roads that look good and also durable and easy to maintain.   As per the AGM decision, all members have paid the amounts for development of the colony facilities, and unfortunately work yet to completed.

One member went to court due to vastu concerns and work was stopped for a few months.  Will all other residents had to struggle with incomplete roads and debris on road (the member got a court ruling even against removing debris).  

After listening to our case and also GHMC supporting the roud works, the court gave a ruling that works can continue.  Court also suggested we work to address Vastu concerns of the said member.  Since then committee met with the member, got the details of what was asked and shared the same with the house owners of the units that needed to agree to the side walk change proposed. The members didn't agree. So while committee made an effort to resolve, this disagreement is beyond the purview of the committee and the association. 

For an individual vastu issue, in what way all the other members are responsible and why should we suffer. More so after committee made an effort to resolve and the changes proposed by the said member didn't get support from his neighbours.

This petition is to request action to ensure roadworks are completed at soonest.  And work not be stalled again by any member.
