Rochdale council want to reduce the bin collections from the present once fortnightly to a collection once every three weeks,and roll out even more recycling bins taking the totally number to 6. I am in favour of recycling but I am not in favour of a reduction in council services and I feel this is a ridiculous decision which will lead to more fly tipping, and an increase in rats etc. Lets call on Rochdale council to scrap these plans and maintain the current level of service.other action you can take is to email the council leader and write to or email your MP.
