Ominous Nebula, well known for his wealth and riches on the popular ROBLOX game Loomian Legacy now has staggering evidence against him stating that he participates in selling Loomians for real money and robux.

According to one of the creators, tbradm, he/she states clearly states in the official Discord Server's rules, "Do not trade anything for robux or real-life currency." Ominous is doing just that and it is even in ROBLOX's own TOS. It states, "As discussed in Roblox Terms of Use, you cannot (and you cannot allow others) sell, trade or give away Robux, digital goods or game codes except through official channels on Roblox platform" (Section 1 Part 12). Ominous is breaking these rules constantly and still hasn't been punished for this on neither the platform nor the game itself. 

Many witnesses have screenshots of him attempting to black-market trade and a quick Google search would show a lot of evidence against Ominous. Technically the game itself should be removed off of ROLBOX as well for allowing Ominous Nebula to trade like this and for not punishing him and/or reporting him to ROBLOX. 

This petition isn't about that, but it is about giving Ominous Nebula a punishment. The developer team has most likely seen a new site that came up a couple days ago.

This website that goes by the name of ominousnebula.com and it has some incriminating evidence about Ominous. Ominous states in his Discord server that its it has a keylogger hidden in the cookies, which is simply not true. In my humble opinion, he did this so nobody would look at the evidence and all the things about him. Still don't believe me? Well, I did some tests and looked through the website with my VM and I couldn't find anything. Anyway, that website is only the tip of the iceberg and there is much more evidence that is out there and some that hasn't been revealed. There have also been various Reddit posts with evidence. Want to see for yourself? Go to r/LoomianLegacy and look up Ominous Nebula or black- market trading in that subreddit. See how many posts are about him. 

Many people say that "It doesn't matter since he is not bothering us!" Well, he isn't bothering us, but he also gets to break ROBLOX's TOS rule and the game's rules? It doesn't make sense how just because you are a YouTuber you have the right to break rules and get away with them just because you are friends with the creators.

We are all human, so we should all have equal rights and receive equal punishments.
