I have been claiming racism and discrimination since November 2021 and the school has not addressed my claims. The entire School Board should he ashamed of themselves! The Woodland Hills School District is very diverse, but you cannot have diversity without inclusion. I have went to the police, spoke to multiple attorneys, including an ADA, and they claim that there is not anything that I can do. 

In 2000, the Woodland Hills School District became desegregated. The school is still building a culture of racism, discrimination, and bullying. They have been trying to intimidate me this entire School year. They are now retaliating by filing a false police report stating that I am racist and that I yell profanity at students and teachers. They claim that I have been doing this since December 3, 2021. So for 3 months they allowed me to yell profanity at students? I would never yell profanity at children and I have not yelled profanity at their staff. They filed a police report because i yelled "Principal Kline and Vice Principal discriminates against black children." Just an FYI Principal Kline is white and Vice Principal Howell is black. I am guessing that the word discrimination is profanity.

They have continued to allow my son around his bullies and they continue to report false information. The school district does not like my petition, and they do not like that I am speaking out against the racism, discrimination, and bullying that my 5 year old son has experienced. My entire family has been traumatized.

The school made me choose between my children's education, and their safety.  That is something that a parent should never have to do. I took my children out of school on March 16th. I had to get their dads approval for online school and he approved. My boys began online school on March 24th. The school still has not addressed my discrimination and racism claims. 

I have court on May 5th, so I will post another update. I will continue to climb this uphill battle with the the Woodland Hills School District!
