Hello to you all, As many of you will already know a couple of weeks ago, the Alabama Court of Criminal Appeals denied Billy's appeal. This is not the news we wanted and is obviously a massive blow to Billy, his friends, family and supporters. In response, his legal team have filed for a re-hearing of the case and we are currently waiting to hear the court's ruling on that motion.. You'll all be updated when we learn of that ruling but in the meantime, I would like to ask you all to please share the petition with as many people as you can. It is crucial now, more than ever for us to demonstrate everyone's belief and support for Billy's right to have a new hearing. I would also like to thank those who have offered to boost the petition. The answer is an emphatic yes!! We need to circulate it to as many potential supporters as possible so if you are able to, then please do so! Thank you all for your continued support.
