The time has come for a relentless revolution to deliver justice to the victims and ensure the harshest punishment for the perpetrators. We demand the following changes, and we will stop at nothing to achieve them—this transformation is non-negotiable.

The demands listed below are fully explained in this petition. To grasp the full force, necessity, and practicality of these changes, read this petition to the very end."

Note 1 : The severe punishments suggested in this petition are only for proven rapists, not for cases where there is doubt or potential for false accusations. These measures aim to set a strong example while ensuring justice is served fairly ; Special Note : The rise in rape cases comes with rise in false rape cases too, which harms real victims and the innocent, by misdirecting crucial resources that should support genuine cases. This is especially critical when calling for severe penalties for rapists, as fraudulent claims could exploit the new laws for extortion. Therefore, we demand strict financial penalties for false accusers to reduce their occurrence, ensuring the Police and Administration can efficiently and swiftly address legitimate cases without undue strain.

Note 2 : These harsh punishments are deeply rooted in our Indian cultural heritage. Ancient Indian texts have prescribed severe penalties for rapists, reflecting the seriousness of such crimes. Even the great jurist and strategist Acharya Chanakya, who played a key role in the formation of Akhand Bharat, implemented similar punishments during the Maurya dynasty. This petition draws inspiration from our rich cultural legacy, advocating for justice that echoes the values upheld by our ancestors. The concept of stringent punishments for such crimes is not new or foreign to us

Before presenting a serious interpretation of our demands, I, Aaryaveera, would like to express in my own words the necessity for these changes. To every Indian, I say:

"The number of crimes in India is steadily increasing, with no reduction in crimes against women. The rising cases of rape and other violent incidents are a serious concern for our society. The delay in delivering justice to victims and the insufficient punishment for offenders make the situation even more alarming. Often, the judicial process is so slow that justice seems equivalent to injustice. Simply imprisoning criminals and providing them with facilities there appears more like protecting them than punishing them. Recently, the gang rape of a 31-year-old female doctor in Kolkata shook everyone. The state government tried hard to suppress the issue, but many people supported the doctor in her fight for justice. However, the culprits have not yet been arrested. In another case, the brutal murder of a girl following her rape in Uttarakhand has further highlighted the gravity of the situation. In Bihar's Muzaffarnagar, a ninth-grade girl was abducted from her home in front of her parents, raped, mutilated—her private parts and breasts were cut—and then discarded in the forest. These are just a few recent examples; there is a long list of atrocities against women across the country—whether in Barmer, Manipur, Hathras, Unnao, Sandeshkhali, or any other region. There is no safe place for women, whether they are newborns or 80-year-old women. Crimes against women continue unabated, regardless of caste, religion, or class. The biggest reason for this situation is the lack of stringent laws to prevent crimes against women. Strict laws are needed to curb the perverse mindset of criminals. The punishment for such heinous crimes should be as severe as the cruelty inflicted on the victims. Society must take firm steps against these criminals, including imposing severe penalties like public castration or the mutilation of their bodies (private parts).  Unfortunately, these issues are not being taken seriously. Despite the presence of women in every household, society's silence and political apathy on these problems are disheartening. It is crucial that we raise our voices and become aware of these issues. While there are endless debates on politics, inflation, and unemployment, no concrete law has yet been enacted to address crimes against women. It is the responsibility of both society and the government to take decisive steps in this direction. Please do not view this petition through a political lens; regardless of which political wing you belong to, you should support it because this issue affects every woman in India. Additionally, obscene and antisocial content is being promoted through social media and Bollywood, openly depicting nudity, drug abuse, and even a case where a girl on YouTube was giving training on raping young children. She was released just a few hours after her arrest. The lack of strict action against such people is having a harmful effect on our society. This kind of content not only encourages crimes against women but also undermines societal morality. There should be strict censorship of obscene content being served through social media and web series to control such harmful elements. Our appeal is that this issue be taken seriously and that stringent laws be enacted to address it. Moreover, there should be an immediate ban on content that spreads obscenity and violence on social media. Immediate action should be taken against such content to eradicate the evils present in our society. It is time for all of us to come together and take concrete steps in this direction, providing our society with a safe and respectable future."

Demand Strict Laws, Severe Punishments, and Fast Execution Process Against Rape Criminals in India

Petition Statement:

To the Honorable Members of the Indian Government and the Judiciary,

We, the undersigned, urgently call for the implementation of stricter laws and severe, uncompromising punishments for individuals convicted of rape in India. Additionally, we demand a robust regulatory framework to control vulgarity on social media. The persistent and devastating issue of sexual violence, coupled with the proliferation of inappropriate content online, necessitates immediate and decisive action to ensure justice for victims, deterrence for perpetrators, and a safer digital environment.

 

**Current Situation**

India has seen a troubling rise in incidents of rape and sexual violence. According to the National Crime Records Bureau (NCRB) data for 2022, there were approximately 31,000 reported cases of rape. Recent Cases of 2023 and 2024 are very disturbing 

 

We understand that even if vulgar content and nudity are completely banned, crimes will still occur, and the only solution for those is punishment.But still it's required to control vulgarity on internet. However, the current social media environment is not only spreading excessive nudity filled with explicit content but also showcasing disturbing material like forced touching, sexualization of young children, and scenes of sexual violence. There is no proper monitoring of this kind of content, which can indirectly or directly contribute to the rise in rape cases. Therefore, addressing this issue is also essential.

 

 

The Urgent Need for Reform

 

1. Stricter Legal Framework: We advocate for a comprehensive review and strengthening of existing rape laws. This includes clear, stringent definitions and penalties that reflect the severity of the crime.

 

2. Severe Punishments: We propose implementing extreme punishments for those convicted of rape, including:

Penile Mutilation:  As a deterrent, we suggest the introduction of penile mutilation for cases of aggravated rape, reflecting the gravity of the offense and ensuring perpetrators face consequences commensurate with their crimes.

Public Execution: In the most egregious cases, we recommend public execution, such as beheading, to serve as a stark and visible deterrent. This method, while severe, aims to underscore the absolute intolerance of society towards such heinous crimes and restore confidence in the justice system.

 

3. Swift Justice: The legal process should be expedited to ensure that perpetrators are held accountable promptly. Delays in justice contribute to victim trauma and diminish the deterrent effect on potential offenders.

 

4. Support for Victims: Improved mechanisms and resources must be provided to support victims throughout the legal process, including psychological support and protection against retaliation.

 

5. Public Awareness and Education:  Launch nationwide campaigns to educate the public on consent, sexual violence, and the importance of supporting victims. Creating a more informed society is crucial for preventing sexual violence and fostering a culture of respect.

 

6. Strong Censorship of Vulgar Content:  Establish a stringent censor board to regulate social media platforms and other digital content. This body should enforce clear guidelines to prevent the dissemination of vulgar, explicit, and harmful content, including:

   Monitoring and Filtering:  Implement effective monitoring systems to detect and filter out inappropriate and vulgar content.

  Enforcement and Penalties: Enforce strict penalties for platforms and individuals who fail to comply with content regulations, ensuring accountability and adherence to community standards.

 Public Reporting Mechanisms: Provide easy-to-use reporting tools for users to flag inappropriate content, ensuring prompt action and review.

 Regulation of Algorithms: Ensure that algorithms used by social media platforms do not promote or amplify vulgar or harmful content.

 

Human Rights of rapists?

Some misguided individuals may advocate for the human rights of rapists when discussing punishment for rape. For those individuals, a logical response is provided below.

Rape is internationally recognized as a crime against the basic fundamental human rights of equality, personal liberty, dignity, privacy and bodily sovereignty of a person, they not only shatter the victim's life but also undermine the very principles of human rights that form the foundation of any just society. Given the severity of this crime, which strips away the victim's most basic rights, it is essential that the punishment reflects the gravity of the offense. "No mercy for rapists" is not merely a call for justice but a necessary stance to protect the human rights of all individuals, particularly those who are most vulnerable. By imposing the harshest penalties on rapists, we affirm our collective commitment to upholding the dignity, safety, and equality of every person, sending a clear message that such violations will not be tolerated.

 

While the proposed punishments are severe, they are aimed at addressing the profound trauma and irreversible damage inflicted by sexual violence. The justification for these extreme measures rests on the principle of ensuring that justice serves as a powerful deterrent. By imposing severe consequences and regulating harmful content, we aim to:

 

Protect Future Victims Harsh punishments and strict content regulations are intended to prevent potential offenders from committing similar crimes and reduce the spread of harmful material.

Ensure Justice for Victims: Severe punishments reflect the gravity of the harm caused and offer a measure of justice for victims and their families, acknowledging the deep impact of such crimes.

Reinforce Societal Norms: Demonstrating a zero-tolerance stance towards sexual violence and vulgar content reinforces societal norms and values against such acts, fostering a safer environment for all.

 

Call to Action

 

We urge the government to take immediate action by reviewing and amending current laws, implementing severe and uncompromising punishments for rape offenders, establishing a robust censorship body to regulate vulgar content on social media, and ensuring a swift and fair judicial process. It is imperative that we address these crises with the seriousness they deserve and take bold steps to protect the women and children of India.
