Petitioners, Supervisor Perez and his staff are seeking one more round of public comments ahead of what will likely be his last Town Hall meeting on STR's this year. The meeting is Wednesday May 24th from 5-7pm  here in idyllwild. 

PLEASE EMAIL YOUR COMMENTS TO DISTRICT4@RIVCO.ORG BEFORE THE MEETING. The two issues that are most important are a 10% cap on the total number of STR's allowed in our community (10% of our total housing stock) and a 300' minimum distance between STR's so any one neighborhood is not overrun by STR's. If we can achieve these goals we will have come a very long way in restoring order to our neighborhoods! 

PLEASE LET SUPERVISOR PEREZ KNOW WHERE YOU STAND ON THE 10% CAP AND 300' MINIMUM DENSITY ISSUES. HE IS LISTENING! If you can attend the meeting great. If not that is fine. Either way please send your email as that will be the most effective way to get your voice heard. FIVE MINUTES OF YOUR TIME TO HELP PRESERVE OUR NEIGHBORHOODS!
