The issue

Many people call Ritz crackers, but I believe Ritz are actually biscuits. They are literally at Woolworths, in the SAVOURY BISCUIT section.

Firstly, Ritz have a rich, buttery flavour. Most crackers are plain, dry, and designed to be eaten with toppings. Ritz, however, are delicious on their own because of their sweet and buttery taste. This makes them more similar to biscuits than traditional crackers.

Secondly, Ritz have a light, crumbly texture. When you bite into one, it breaks apart easily, just like many biscuits. Crackers are usually crisp, dry, and crunchy, while Ritz are softer and more delicate.

Finally, biscuits are often enjoyed as a snack by themselves, and Ritz fit this description perfectly. Many people eat them straight from the packet without adding cheese, dips, or spreads.

In conclusion, Ritz should be considered biscuits, not crackers. Their buttery flavour, crumbly texture, and snack-worthy appeal make them much closer to a biscuit than a traditional cracker.

Please sign, this is very important to me, as my class has been having a massive debate. We need the biscuits to win otherwise we will be thrashed. The crackers already have nearly 50 signatures. Please help the TRUE Australians win.
