Thousands of Self Employed are struggling financially and have not been entitled to any help.

Delaying the 4th Grant applications will no doubt put further strain on the small business in the local high street. 

I strongly urge you to change this to March so as all those who qualify can replenish much needed stock and pay bills ready to open. Many have not worked since DECEMBER. Some do not qualify for UNIVERSAL CREDIT. The grants have been their only income.
