We need help so my sister Jessica and her daughter Chloe dont have to leave their family home.

they have lived in their house for over 20 years, with their dad/Grandad.

A few years ago, they contact the housing associations to see if Jessica could go on the tenancy to make sure should the worst happen she will not be made leave. The housing association told her this isn't possible but she will have the rights to succession of the property should her Dad pass away.

On the 22nd May the worst happened and we lost our Dad.

The housing association are now saying she doesn't have the right to succession she can only apply, but the chances of her succeeding is slim. 

Can you please help us, to help her keep her family home.  where all our family's memories are.
