HMCTS Investigation - Delay continues to obstruct my right to a fair trial.

When HMCTS is delaying the release of my funds — funds needed for my disclosure application — that's when you know there's more to this than meets the eye.

Despite my barrister, Timothy Becker, confirming that all documents have been properly submitted, and despite multiple emails to the HMCTS User Investigation Team, I have received NO clear response, NO timeline, and NO confirmed funds release date. Make that make sense.

On the 14th September 2026, I gave a final deadline of Friday the 18th of September 2026 for HMCTS to provide a reply and a confirmed funds release date so the funds can be applied to the disclosure application.

This delay continues to obstruct my right to a fair trial.

If this is not resolved, I have informed HMCTS that I will be escalating the matter and sharing the full paper trail with all official bodies, including the Ombudsman.

What right does the court have to withhold money that is required for a disclosure application? If I allow the court to keep these funds now, what is to stop them from doing it again? Based on this, I cannot take that chance.

I am simply seeking what belongs to me.
