The real deal is this...The Investigation Team is officially on notice. Why does this process matter?

When a complaint is officially on record, it can help strengthen a case you are fighting. It can give YOUR case credibility, and it can allow the Human Rights Act to work for YOU. With everything documented, YOU give yourself and your legal representative the legal leverage you need to move your case forward.

This is not legal advice. It's just the process I have followed.

Now, make no mistake, they (the system) bank on you getting tired and giving up. The delays, the generic replies... It's all part of the delay, so that, in my opinion, people get tired and simply give up. Knowing your rights isn't always easy, but when you start to understand YOU HAVE LEGAL RIGHTS, you learn to fight differently. ⚖️
