Disclosure Fee Now Under Investigation Team Review

COURT PROCESS UPDATE -    Disclosure Application Fee Transfer

Last week I was informed that my formal complaint has been escalated to senior management.

Senior management has since guided me to escalate the matter to the Investigation Team for a full review.

 This is a guide, not gossip.

 Under Article 6 of the Human Rights Act, everyone has the right to a fair and public hearing within a reasonable time where civil rights are determined.

 It is also an established principle that administrative backlogs or underfunding cannot be used to excuse prolonged, unreasonable delay.

For context, in 2018 I launched a public social media account outlining what I can evidence in relation to a car explosion that resulted in a registered death.

I will provide a further update once the Investigation Team has concluded their review into why the funds held by the court for the disclosure application have not yet been transferred.
