The Ombudsman Directed Us To The MP - The MP Can't Help - Make That Make Sense

Why does the current correspondence with the MP continue to raise questions about my Barrister, Timothy Becker?

Timothy has confirmed to the court that he has provided everything they requested regarding his information. So WHY is the court still unwilling to transfer the disclosure fee, even after stating they would transfer the funds?

For over five years Timothy has been aware of my request to obtain the post-mortem images and has reassured me he is working on the case. I believe him. He has assured me of his correspondence with the courts.

So WHY does the MP keep mentioning my Barrister, when the Ombudsman specifically requested the MP make enquiries about the funds transfer?

To add insult to injustice, the MP has now stated he can no longer help with the enquiry regarding the disclosure funds transfer.

I will continue to seek clarity and will update you on our next steps to escalate this matter.

This is the roundabout, people. The Ombudsman is aware of this matter. The Ombudsman requested I reach out to the MP. We reached out to the MP. The MP states he can’t help. Make that make sense.

I will take the public on a journey of how the system really works. My public journey will update you on how far we have come in escalating all available remedies within the UK courts.

Let’s see if any violations of human rights come into play, because from where I’m standing, eight years of requesting documents and DNA — that I agreed to legally collect and that I legally own — should not be this difficult to access.
