Today I can happily say the High Court application form hearing went in our favour. This was fair. As a matter a fact this is all we are asking for, the TRUTH and a fair and honest trial. So hat's off to the Barrister dealing with the case. The Judges order was sent out with an incorrection which I am hoping is addressed and corrected as soon as possible, as to save any foreseeable confusion with both parties. The Judge has given us a deadline for all requested document's and evidence to be submitted. Ufortunately not being legally trained myself, leave's us, the client in the hands of the Barrister's who we trust to do what is legally right ON TIME. 

Evidence 

After the hearing yesterday the Barrister received the same evidence which was submitted at the Southend country court back in September 2020, the same evidence which the Southend country court disregarded. Ahead of High Court Judges deadline date I have asked the Barrister to submit this evidence which was disregard with the trial bundle. I also asked the Barrister about disclosure's and any legal reason which will NOT permit my evidence and disclosure from being obtained and entered into the trial. I will update you all on an answer. Entering this evidence and disclosure will prove Jlloyd was not in the vehicle when the car blew up. This evidence will stop the Fraudsters trying to take what is not their's. What an EVIL WICKEDNESS. I don't use such words lightly, but when I see this level of EVIL it's just disgusting.

The postmortem images, the NHS DNA sample are still being with-holding from us, this is the key to unlock this entire case people. We have the same dental charting as the coroner the same dental charting THEY used to register Jlloyd dead but they have refused to give us the postmortem images which the coroner stated he has NEVER seen. I can two billion percent say, hand on heart that DNA sample in the NHS hospital is absolutely no match to Jlloyd's dental charting, now if that DNA is no match to the dental charting how can it match the postmortem images. DONE!

The male witness who tried to open Jlloyd's car door stated, no one was in the vehicle when he tried to open the door, it seemed like someone had crashed the car and run from the vehicle. I requested this witness be at the inquest but the corner had a paper witness statement read out instead. The witness never came. Video on Instagram leslieann.uncensored
